Todd brings over 20 years’ experience in land development, civil and
wastewater infrastructure. He is an accomplished civil/environmental engineer and project manager with a professional reputation for integrity, dedication and commitment to project success and client service. He has experience in management and engineering capacities for a wide variety of municipal and private site development, civil infrastructure, and wastewater projects from inception through design, bidding and construction. He is a team-oriented leader with excellent communication and coordination skills and extensive experience working on multidisciplinary projects.
