• Jonathan Reynolds Built Environment Sector Leader - Europe
  

  Jonathan has over 20 years’ experience as an urban designer and masterplanner and is a Technical Director. His expertise includes developing visions for sites, promoting sites through the planning system, and providing design advice and guidance, often on complex regeneration and infill sites through to new settlements and urban extensions. Jonathan also provides stakeholder engagement and is an expert witness. 

• John Milone Built Environment Sector Leader - US
  

  John brings over 45 years of broad experience in both civil and architectural engineering and strong relationships in the public and private sectors to the Built Environment practice. His capability to envision and plan complex projects combined with a seasoned understanding of government and market drivers have been critical factors in his client's successes. Throughout his career, John has conducted himself with compassion, respect and a drive for collaboration.

• Tim Whalen Built Environment Sector Leader - Canada
  

  Tim is a Managing Principal and Environmental Engineer with over 24 years’ experience in the assessment and remediation of contaminated sites across Canada, the USA and Australia.  Tim is the client service manager for some of the sector’s largest key accounts including PSPC and GWL Realty Advisors focusing on potential acquisition due diligence and helping them effectively address environmental issues through remediation, risk assessment and long-term risk management.

• Adrian White Built Environment Sector Leader – APAC
  

  Adrian leads the Acoustics and Vibration business in Asia Pacific. He has over 12 years of experience working as a professional engineer with a specialisation in noise and vibration engineering. Adrian has extensive experience in the management and delivery of all noise and vibration aspects across built environment and large-scale infrastructure projects.

• Rob Hounsome Regional Manager - Africa
  

  Rob is SLR’s African Regional Manager and has more than 25 years’ experience as a leader responsible for consultancy teams across diverse engineering and scientific disciplines in multiple locations.  In addition to his leadership roles, Rob has extensive experience in undertaking complex Environmental and Social Assessments, Due Diligence studies and fulfilling Environmental Technical Advisor roles for projects in their developmental or operational phases.  His global experience includes leadership and project delivery in more than 30 countries mainly in Africa, the Middle East and Asia.  He has particular technical expertise is in the Industrial, Energy and Mining sectors and has led teams focused on the Infrastructure and Built Environment markets.

• Shane Healey APAC Strategic Growth Lead
  

  Shane has been actively involved in the Built Environment sector for over twenty-five years. He is passionate about urban sustainability and transportation innovation having spent much of his career engaged in undertaking technical assessments for infrastructure and development projects.

  Shane is a Chartered Professional Engineer and benefits from a broad understanding of regional and international approaches to built form and transportation derived from project involvement and corporate management roles in Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, UAE and USA. He has been responsible for development and management of a number of new consultancy offerings during his career and most recently led the establishment of the Transport Advisory business for SLR in the Asia Pacific region.
