SLR appoints Natalie Nottage as Chief Operating Officer

SLR has announced today that Natalie Nottage has joined as Chief Operating Officer (COO). With over 2,500 employees across more than 100 offices world-wide, SLR continues to expand through organic growth initiatives underpinned by 10 completed add-on acquisitions over the last two years. Natalie brings over 25 years of experience which will strengthen our leadership team as SLR continues to evolve as a leading provider of sustainability services. Her track record of collaborative leadership and delivering strong operational performance and business growth aligns with our culture and business aspirations.

Speaking about the appointment Neil Penhall, SLR’s Chief Executive Officer said “We are delighted to welcome Natalie into the business. Over recent years SLR has successfully grown, both organically and acquisitively, to be an international leader in the provision of strategic advisory and specialist environmental services to our clients. She joins us at an exciting point in the evolution of both the market and the business. Her experience and expertise will be a very valuable addition to our executive leadership team in driving forward our ongoing growth plans.”

Natalie began her career as a chemical engineer and later gained experience within the engineering, environmental and professional services industry, through corporate strategy, business development and operational management leadership roles. Most recently, she served as Executive Vice President at AECOM, where she led environmental businesses across North America, including Environmental Consulting, Environmental Remediation, and U.S. West Region and National Remediation Programmes. Prior to that, Natalie led AECOM’s global Commercial Operations and Maintenance business. Natalie has lived and worked in Australia, Japan, the US and Europe throughout her career and as COO of SLR, she will be based out of the US.
