Tim is a chartered engineer and chartered mineral surveyor with over 30 years’ experience in providing strategic development advice; mineral reserve assessment and valuation; mine/quarry planning; permitting & EIA; extractive waste management; mine & quarry closure; independent peer review; and transactional due diligence services for mining and minerals assets in Europe and internationally. He is an advisor to a number of construction materials; industrial minerals & metalliferous mining companies.

Operations Manager and Financial Sector Leader – Europe
Brandon has 22 years of experience in environmental & social impact assessment, planning, permitting, and due diligence for international green and brown field projects in a range of sectors including: mining, industry, infrastructure, power, and oil & gas. Key elements of this experience include: development and implementation of ESG strategies; and assisting project teams to navigate both country legislation and the environmental and social frameworks of international funding institutions.

Dominique Buffin
Technical Director
Dominique has extensive experience in EBRD/IFC/World Bank/ADB-compliant Environmental and Social Impact Assessment and Due Diligences for large infrastructure and industrial projects from across Africa, Asia, Eastern Europe and the Middle East. He has worked for private firms, lenders and governmental agencies from appraisal and feasibility to implementation, monitoring and evaluation. His work has focused on hydropower and other renewable power initiatives, port development, exploration or production phases of large extractive industries projects, transmission lines, and water supply and sanitation.

Mining & Minerals Sector Leader - US
Jeremy is the US Mining and Minerals Business Sector Lead, a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), and a MMSA Qualified Professional. He brings an extensive background in mining including project management and client development for mining sites throughout the United Sates. His background includes mine remedial investigations and feasibility studies (RI/FS), environmental permitting, monitoring, and compliance programmes, Environmental Impact Statements (EIS), environmental baseline studies, and the evaluation and development of water management planning, and mine closure strategy, planning, and implementation. His background includes 15 years of experience in mining, industrial, and multi-disciplinary environmental projects.
