Deborah McCombe
Global Technical Director
Deborah has over 30 years' experience in exploration project management, feasibility studies, reserve estimation, due diligence studies, and valuation studies. Deborah has worked in diverse geological settings in North and South America, Asia, Europe and Africa. She was involved in the development and implementation of NI 43-101 Canadian Disclosure Standards for Mineral Projects and is familiar with all international standards and reporting Codes.

Tim Paul
Mining & Minerals Sector Leader - Europe
Tim is a chartered engineer and chartered mineral surveyor with over 30 years’ experience in providing strategic development advice; mineral reserve assessment and valuation; mine/quarry planning; permitting & EIA; extractive waste management; mine & quarry closure; independent peer review; and transactional due diligence services for mining and minerals assets in Europe and internationally. He is an advisor to a number of construction materials; industrial minerals & metalliferous mining companies.

Operations Manager and Financial Sector Leader – Europe
Brandon has 22 years of experience in environmental & social impact assessment, planning, permitting, and due diligence for international green and brown field projects in a range of sectors including: mining, industry, infrastructure, power, and oil & gas. Key elements of this experience include: development and implementation of ESG strategies; and assisting project teams to navigate both country legislation and the environmental and social frameworks of international funding institutions.

Paul Gordon
Technical Director
Paul is a Technical Director in our Mining Advisory team, working on a range of projects internationally, primarily related to mineral exploration and reporting. Paul has worked at all stages of the exploration and mining spectrum from first concept through to greenfields, advanced exploration, near-mine exploration, and as an underground production geologist. Paul is also one of the IGI’s representatives on the Pan-European Reserves and Resources Reporting Committee (PERC).
