    Richard leads our Waste and Resource Management team. He has extensive experience of working in private sector and local authority waste management organisations, with direct experience of leading and managing projects, waste and environmental services reviews and strategy development, procuring and managing complex municipal contracts, providing technical environmental services advice, and leading business improvement and development functions.

    Simon Gandy

    Simon has over 20 years’ experience assisting public and private clients on matters of waste management, the circular economy, sustainability and life cycle assessment (LCA). His client list is correspondingly broad, covering public and private clients, large and small, British and international. Through this diverse project experience, Simon has developed an expertise for applying the LCA method to assist his clients with their particular goals, such as reducing their environmental impacts or understanding the relative performance of different design options.

    Munashe has been involved in various aspects of waste and resource management for both the public and private sector. His experience includes waste flow modelling, feasibility studies for proposed waste management infrastructure, life cycle assessment work, market assessments as part of lender or vendor side due diligence engagements; and developing site waste management plans and operational waste management strategies for new residential or mixed-use developments. Clients he has worked with include local authorities, waste management companies, investment banks, private equity firms and housing developers.

    Throughout his career, Chani has been responsible for the tendering and successful delivery of a wide range of high-profile waste management projects. These have ranged from due diligence of industrial facilities as part of mergers and acquisitions, financial and economic modelling of alternative waste management options, design and procurement of waste management infrastructure including innovative waste collection systems, transfer stations and advanced waste processing technologies including energy from waste.
