Biography

Carol-Ann is a Principal EHS / ESG Consultant based in Guelph, Ontario, Canada. Carol-Ann provides support for the development and implementation of environmental, safety, and social management systems as well as regulatory compliance and transactional due diligence auditing. Carol-Ann has over 21 years of EHS industry and consulting experience combined. She is a licenced environmental engineer, an ISO 14001 Environmental Management System Lead Auditor, a trained ISO 45001 Health and Safety Management System Internal Auditor, an approved Copper Mark Assessor and a trained TSM Verifier. Carol-Ann provides technical (e.g., process safety management, risk assessment) and auditing support to industries such as mining, infrastructure, military, property management and other manufactured products.
