Biography

Erica Lofving brings 20 years of professional experience, primarily from the Food and Beverage industry but also finance, biotech and consumer goods. She was most recently Chief Sustainability Officer for a publicly traded SME in the wine industry and has a thorough understanding of the climate risks and opportunities in agriculture, F&B supply chains and processing.

Erica has international experience converting analysis to strategy and using this to create operational activation. Her focus is on developing company-tailored sustainability strategy and embedding it into core business strategy. She supports clients by leading materiality assessments, climate risk assessments and climate scenario analysis, supply chain analysis and nature related evaluations and reporting (biodiversity, deforestation, nature-based services). ​

​Her MSc in Medical Biology from University of Linkoping (Sweden) is complemented by extensive executive education in ESG and sustainable business strategy from Harvard Business School, UC Berkeley Law and Harvard Chan School of Public Health. She is a Certified ESG Investment Analyst from EFFAS, an award-winning author, and supports our teams in six languages.
