Franklin Head

Biography

Franklin has over 12 years' experience as a hydrogeologist with a background in geostatistics and geophysics. He has extensive experience in groundwater modelling including remediation, fate and transport, seepage, tailings, contamination, mine depressurization, and mine dewatering using AQTESOLV, MODFLOW, and Groundwater Vistas hydrogeological software. He has regulatory knowledge dealing with the AER and numerous federal organizations regarding groundwater and surface water contamination, tailings management, and groundwater and surface water diversion and disposal. From his time in the field, Franklin has developed experience in aquifer testing (slug tests and pumping tests), water sampling, and core analysis.
