Helena Preston

Biography

Helena supports SLR's Water & Environment projects. She is responsible for managing and undertaking flood risk assessments (FRA) in accordance with NPPF, TAN15 and SPP guidance and preparing surface water management plans for insurers, residential and commercial, infrastructure and energy developments throughout the UK. Helena has prepared Nutrient Neutrality Assessments and advised clients on nutrient issues.
