Biography

With 17 years of experience in Geology and Hydrogeology, Pau has worked in consultancy, mining, and engineering across both private and public sectors. Currently serving as the Service Line Director of Earth Science and interim Director of Environmental Sciences, he specialises in the technical-strategic management of water resources (including glaciers) in Environmental Assessment Studies. He leads a team of specialists, addressing field and office requirements, and providing solutions for water stress, hydrogeological conceptual and numerical modeling, and glacier studies.
