Tess is based in our Melbourne office and has over nine years’ experience working in a variety of roles across research and evaluation, analysis and reporting, and stakeholder management in the tertiary and private sectors.

Tess has experience implementing complex strategic frameworks through stakeholder engagement, capability development and change management techniques. Her ability to interpret and communicate key insights enables organisations to drive actions and improve performance.

Tess is passionate about driving social inclusion and sustainability and is currently completing her MBA specialising in Social Impact.
