Notice of Amalgamation: SLR Consulting (Canada) Ltd. and Palmer Environmental Consulting Group Inc.

We wish to advise you that, effective July 6, 2024, SLR Consulting (Canada) Ltd. amalgamated with its wholly-owned subsidiary, Palmer Environmental Consulting Group Inc. to form the continuing amalgamated corporation SLR Consulting (Canada) Ltd. (the "Amalgamation").

Accompanying this notice is a copy of the Certificate of Amalgamation dated July 6, 2024 with respect to the Amalgamation.

This Amalgamation will not impact our business dealings in any way and represents both a simplification and a strengthening of our corporate structure.
