Our CAD technicians are located within all our key offices, proficiently producing drawings, figures and illustrations for projects covering the entire spectrum of SLR’s output.
To provide the most efficient service, our senior CAD managers ensure our software is always up to date, and trial and test new software regularly. Our CAD staff are also continually trained to keep abreast of changes and to provide new and additional support as our company expands.

Paul has over 20 years’ experience in using CAD software, creating 2D design drawings, 3D concept design and development drawings for waste facilities and Energy from Waste Incinerator plants. His skills include developing conceptual site analysis, to designing buildings and preparing the drawings for planning applications. Paul has experience in using specialised 3D cut and fill modelling and analysis tools utilising Civils 3D software to design the site levels, reprocessing and Household waste facilities, and landfill volumetric design.
Senior CAD Technician
Tania has over 20 years of experience working in various drawing offices within different industries. Tania has extensive experience in producing CAD drawings for the clear and concise presentation of site data and visual concepts for reports, technical documents and site appraisals. She has experience working with teams dealing with ecology, arboriculture, land quality and remediation, permit applications, highways and hydrology.
Kevin is responsible for the management & development of 3D digital terrain modelling capabilities, and has experience with software for terrain modelling and analysis, planning and permit applications, hydrology, planning, infrastructure design and architecture. Kevin also has expert knowledge of a range of software packages and has extensive experience of a wide range of 3D digital terrain modelling requirements for major waste management & minerals operators and has been involved in numerous site development and future development analysis.
Project Civil Engineer
Since joining SLR, Luke has been developing his skills in AutoCAD and undertaken site visits to observe works in progress. Luke works closely with the Civil Engineering and Highways and Transport Planning teams, producing a variety of technical CAD drawings including junction designs, internal road layouts and swept path analysis.
