Biography
Arnold is a Professional Natural Scientist with more than 27 years of experience in groundwater management, rural and bulk water supply and risk assessment in both Namibia and Germany. In Namibia, he has been responsible for the management and implementation of groundwater investigations on local, regional and international level including technical cooperation projects.
Arnold is the Vice President of the Namibian Hydrogeological Association, and member of a number of groundwater and geological societies, such as the International Association of Hydrogeologists and the Namibian Geology Advisory Board. He is also a registered Professional Natural Scientist with SACNASP.
